Walt Disney World Marathon Pace Calculator & Race Plan
The Walt Disney World Marathon takes place at Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida, not to be confused with the Disneyland Half Marathon at Disneyland Resort in California. The full marathon course runs through all four Walt Disney World theme parks: Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom. At 37 meters of total gain, this is one of the flattest marathons you can run anywhere.
The race starts at 5am to get ahead of the Florida heat, but January humidity is still a factor even before sunrise. The narrow course through the parks creates congestion, especially in the early miles.
